Shipping and delivery policy for live-stock orders:
Alive arrival guaranteed!
If by chance you receive a coral dead on arrival(DOA), please take and send us pictures within 2 hours of the packages delivery.
if we do not get any photos with in 2 hours after arrival of the package the DOA replacement credit will be void. (please take multiple pictures), We would prefer pics of the DOA coral(s) in the original bag(s) but know that is not always possible, also please take a picture that includes water temp as well.
DOA's will be given a credit only - No Cash Refunds
If we do not have the exact coral purchased back in stock, credit can be used towards other corals
We can not be held responsible for shipping delays (Weather or other acts of god).
Shipping corals is a risk for both parties involved
We do try our best to prevent this. before every order is shipped we check weather here, your location, and the main shipping hub for the shipment, we also check fedex service alerts. and national weather forecast.

If you receive a package that has had a delay, please take multiple pics as well.

Yes, for those of you that live close by or if you are visiting Utah, your order may be picked up in person.
